Oreva a group of companies which was previously known as Ajanta Manufacturing Ltd., has developed a well-known reputation in the market for a huge range of products manufactured by them. It was established by Odhavjibhai Patel, a teacher who had envisioned starting a company that manufactured clocks in 1971. Oreva has established strong roots in the Indian market with a large dealer network of more than 20k+ dealers. They had diversified into the manufacturing of varied products with time such as appliances and electrical devices such as lights, switches, electric vehicles, and more products. constantly coming up with new products to satisfy their customers and maintain their reputation in the market.

The Problem

Oreva was one of those companies that had been part of the Indian market since more than 50 years and had faced a lot of setbacks from its competitors especially when it came to marketing. It was clear that they were in need of a creative strategy that highlighted their excellence in manufacturing and their years and years of brand legacy.

Scope

Given the years of operation and experience serving clients in the market, they wanted their brand to regain its recognition in the market. They decided to approach us and let us utilize the opportunity to give their brand a creative revamp.

The Process

Analysis 

Upon an in-depth analysis, it was apparent that the company wanted a detailed document showcasing their values and about their offerings. They also wanted a document highlighting their products to businesses for the manufacturing of original parts.  

 

Strategy 

For the preparation of the corporate profile, a detailed research as well as information gathering was done. Granth deployed a one arrow dual target strategy when it came to designing the OEM catalog. We did this by designing the catalog by presenting the content with specific part names and complementing them with a suitable design.  

Execution  

  • The strategy we adopted was to take a contemporary approach by adding a creative touch which was in contrast with the kind of old monotonous catalog which we were presented with  
  • We drafted and finalized content for the OEM catalog and the corporate profile/brochure based on thorough research.   
  • OEM catalog turned out to be a unique corporate document highlighting each product with a strategic blend of playful wordplay and designing.  
  • A unique solution in the form of the corporate profile was timely delivered, allowing them to leave a mark on its stakeholders, prospective businesses, and customers.

Outcome

Oreva had now received the marketing push that it needed to improve its growth possibilities significantly, allowing it to make better of the opportunities presented to it by the Indian market. Granth had designed a corporate profile that allowed Oreva to achieve one of its milestones by bringing to front their 50+ years long legacy in 20 pages but also gave an in-depth look into their core values and founding principles. By giving a creative life to their range of originally manufactured products via an OEM catalog, our team changed the paradigm of B2B pitching. Oreva had achieved another milestone of creating a powerful pitch deck that emphasized on their manufacturing strengths.
