Plasma Induction is one of the leading manufacturers of Induction Heating Furnace and Melting Furnace Equipment in India. It is a reputed name in the domestic and international markets. Within a short span, the company has achieved milestones that are hard for everyone to achieve.
Being a company having a unique vision Plasma wanted a solution that would bind its employees into a single thread. The company also needed a strategy which would help them connect to their stakeholders and convey its core message in a simple yet effective manner.
The company was looking for an out of the box idea that would bring the plasma team together and boost their morale. Also, they wanted something that would project them in a different light in the market. This insight allowed us to devise a strategy that would cater to both the needs.
Before presenting the solution Team Granth thoroughly researched on company’s business and its approach along with the other aspects. It helped us to gain better knowledge about the company and its peers as well. Also, we became more clear about our idea of how to present the company.
Our strategy was more towards values rather than the conventional PR methods. After discussing with the team we presented them an anthem that would help the team view themselves as ‘One Soul.’ Our idea also has the potential to project Plasma in a different light in the market. It was just like “Ek Teer Se Do Shikaar.”
- We started to work on the project with utmost sincerity.
- Equipped with ample knowledge about the company, we chose to write a song that would compel the target audience.
- After writing the lyrics in-house we connected with a music composer who can add a distinct flavour to the song.
- Within a week we came up with a unique composition.
- We launched the song on the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi in the company’s plant.
- In addition to this, we have provided content for their corporate video and profile for their affiliated companies.
The launch was outstanding as the whole team was amazed by the uniqueness of the corporate anthem. Most importantly, the company was successful to convey its message with the stakeholders. In addition to it, the company played the anthem at corporate events which helped the company a lot to connect with national and international clients.
